Hi Gareth, thanks for checking in. We are both doing really well thanks. Still awestruck from the whole experience! As for Dylan, he came home and did a whole clean out of his room (which is normally in a state) all on his own so mind blown . He has also started this terms exams yesterday and is putting in good effort there so I feel he is in a really good space…

Good morning… I am feeling incredibly calm, centred and grounded and definitely not letting the small stuff affect me. I walked straight into an emergency situation on Monday first thing and the way I went about handling it and still am is just so calm and collected… my heart is filled with so much gratitude for this life, these lessons and this journey…. I feel light and free…. I feel like a woman in her power….finally….
